Takedown Notice Procedure

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or content providers who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

All games on our platform are sourced from open-source repositories with clear permissive licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, or custom permissive licenses). We verify licensing before adding any game to our catalog.
